Elan MD Quinn McGovern provided instrumental work on the feasibility studies, legal and lease development, system design, planning permission, DNO connection offer, and procurement stages, preparing and executing this Chelmsford project. A landmark in commercial solar agreements, this 100kWP project was the first landlord-financed system to be installed on an FRI-leased property in the UK.
